Taam app is an electronic service platform specializing in the contracting and maintenance field and it is an intermediate platform between the service providers and the clients. The app targets service providers,technical and professional personnel, and corporations and organizations which have specialized technicians and professionals working in accordance with Saudi Labor Systems also it allows them to participate in the app and provision contracting and maintenance  services. In addition, it targets clients who want to benefit from these services, enables them to contact the service providers registered to the app to get benefits from their services, and provides all app services in accordance with the applicable kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2.What is the role of the Taam app in providing services?

The app allows service providers to register and present their services and also enables to clients buy the service providers’ services, but our role is limited to connecting service providers to clients.

3.Are the app services free for clients?

The app services are provided for free to clients. The app does not charge any fees or bonuses to clients for the benefit of app services.

4.What is the app rate for each work performed by the service

provider?

The net rate is 15% and any service provider has to meet 15%. The state’s tax is included in the rental costs from the client.

5.Is the commission rate policy on the service provider subject to

change?

The owner of the app is allowed to change the rate policy in the future by 5% from the current “15%” -in case it is necessary for the future-

The app depends on “online payment” to pay contributions.

7.What are the dates of receiving the rights of the providers

implemented in the app?

Payment of the rights of property rights providers for their

implementation will be every 10 days.

8.What are the granted features of the service provider in the

app?

Participation in the app provides service providers some features such as

getting orders without minimum.

need to provide us with that information:

If you want to be a service provider “company or foundation” in the Taam

account registered?

The account registration in the app requires a review of all of the data

and documents which the service provider sent, so it will be registered

He is free when he is traveling, sick, and relaxed.

  1. What is the required data to register an account for the

client?

The client should provide us with the membership registration data which

includes without limitation:

  1. What are the categories prohibited from using the app?

Using the app is prohibited by supervisors, contractors, intermediaries,

and brokers who are paying the app contributions and then assigned the tasks, maintenance services, and constructions to (technicians,

contractors, or other unregistered workers) service providers or assigned

them to irregular service providers. Whoever commits these offenses, the

clients, and who is assigned the tasks to them, will assume full legal

responsibility before the security, judicial, investigating authorities and,

all the results of violation of applicable regulations without any legal

responsibilities on the app and its owner.

  1. What are the obligations of the service provider to provide

the service legally?

The service provider ensures that he will do his described work in the app

according to the applicable regulation in Saudi Arabia, and approves the

mining of all the authorizations, residence, work permit, and any other

required documents for the facilities as the commercial register, fulfills all

the legal obligations for his workers and employers, and approves the

validity and accuracy of any data or documents provided by the app. If

the service provider is an individual, his participation in the Taam app has

to have corresponded with the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia and

he has a work permit and a valid residence also his technical specialty has

to be certified with the work permit or the residence. The services which

the service provider provides have to be licensed by competent

authorities and these licenses have to be valid and renewed on the

timeline. The service provider has to pay all duties and the imposed

government taxes in addition, the app will not take the legal

responsibility in case of infringement of those provisions.

  1. How do the client and the service provider agree?The client communicates directly with the service provider and agrees

with him about the required services to be carried out and their prices

and payment methods whether the payment is cash or electronic

according to the agreed upon by the parties.

  1. How is the service price determined?

The service price is determined by agreeing upon by the parties “the

service provider and the client” the client is committed to paying the

service amount in the agreed way while the service provider is committed

not to claiming excessive amounts of agreed ones whether the

agreement in the app or outside it. The app and its owner don’t take any

legal responsibility for the service provider’s material rights for the

service because the app is only a broker between the parties without any

guarantees of the financial transactions. The service provider and the

client have the right to restore to the competent security and judicial

authorities in case any party breaches the financial and legal

obligations.

  1. How is the implementation service date or the preview

determined?

By agreement between the parties

  1. If the client wants to reveal the implementation place, are the

trip costs added to the service amount?

If the client requests from the service provider to disclose the

implementation place before the price agreement, the trip costs will not

be on the client. In this case, the service provider will afford the costs and he has to be ready to implement the disclosure in his car or his

company’s car for free and the client will not be obligated in any way.

  1. Is the service provider committed to issuing the invoice for

the client?

It depends on the imposed system by the commerce department, the

charity, and the income.

  1. Is the client has the right to object to the invoice?

The client and the service provider have to solve the problem between

them. The app can’t interfere between the parties because it’s just a

broker between the parties to perform the work.

  1. How is the service request canceled after the agreement with

the service provider?

The cancellation is with the agreement by the parties before starting the

work. If part of the work has been completed by the service provider then

the client canceled the agreement, they have to agree on a specific

amount. The app can’t interfere in their problems either an amicable

resolution and who has the right can go to the security and judicial

authority and the app is free of responsibility.

  1. Are the app services available to the brokers?

The service provider commits to provide the services which he advertises

through the app and he approves that he isn’t a service broker also he

will take the full responsibility “technically and legally” for anyone

engaged to provide the services. 24. Is the client committed to verifying the service provider’s

identity?

The client has to verify the service provider’s picture and valid residence

according to the applicable regulations and he takes the responsibility of

dealing with the service provider including all obligations and offenses

resulting from any breaching of applicable regulations without any legal

responsibility to the app. The app doesn’t provide any guarantees on the

service provider, his provided data, valid residence, work permit, or the

one who pretends to be.

  1. Does the app follow up on the implementation in the

workplace?

The client is responsible. He confirms from the client and his picture so

the service provider doesn’t assign the work from the subcontractor to

another technical. The app is free of responsibility only if it was reported

for something of that, the service provider will be warned the first time

then he will be prevented from engaging in the app “in case it is

repeated”

By understanding between the client and the service provider outside the

27.What is Taam’s role in providing services?

Taam app is an electronic mediator platform and it only allows

communication between users. We don’t have any supervisory or

regulatory authorities on users and we aren’t representatives or agents. In addition, the labor code provisions, agency, sponsorship, or other legal

provisions concerning legal liability for the acts of the attendants or

others don’t apply to us. You expressly agreed on our line of work and our

role and you are dealing per the app in this view.

  1. Is the app responsible for the implemented services?

The app isn’t responsible for any provided business. All services are

provided on the service provider’s responsibility and he will take the full

legal responsibility in case the service didn’t implement to the client, lack

of services, lack of implementation, or any damage to the client’s objects

or places. Moreover, the app and its owner don’t take any legal

responsibility for crimes, robberies, and damages whether the client or

the service provider. The app is only an electronic mediator so the injured

person has the right to resort to the competent authorities and justice to

claim all his legal rights.

  1. What are the legal relationship limits between the client and

the service provider?

The legal relationship limits between the client and the service provider

are in the service providing limits and the parties have to respect each

other in dealing. If any party makes a mistake ” verbal, indignity,

altercation, or infringement by beating or wounding, etc”, all other

parties have the right to resort to the competent security and judicial

authorities without any responsibility of the app and its owner.

  1. Does the app provide guarantees on the concerning agreements between the client and the service provider?
  2. The app is free of the responsibility completely on the agreements

carried out between the parties inside and outside the platform, on

service implementation and all payments, and the lack of commitment by

every party according to the concerning agreements.

  1. What will happen if the client or the service provider

breaches the concerning agreement?

Each one of them has to litigate and complain to the security authority

and the courts. The app is free of responsibility and his role is only to

mediate between the parties to complete technical work.

  1. Can the service provider add the services to his business

exposition?

The service provider committed not to take photos of the client’s stuff,

add them to his business exposition, publish them, or publish any

documents about the client. Also, the service provider must not post any

implemented work or service with the app clients or any photos or

documents about it in any advertising to him “physically or electronically”

whether in financial methods or electronic ones such as Facebook,

Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, by other social media, via any websites

and webpages or in any post, etc… except with the client’s written

consent not the oral. The app and its owner don’t take any legal

responsibility if the service provider breaches the rules and the client has

the right to resort to the competent authorities to claim his legal

rights.

  1. Who is responsible for providing security and safety

precautions? The service provider is committed to taking security and safety

precautions during implementing the services and he has the right to take

care of himself at work or in places that don’t have security and safety

tools. The app and its owner don’t take any legal responsibility if the

service provider or the client exposure to risks or harm.

  1. Is the app provides guarantees related to financial

transactions?

The app doesn’t provide any guarantees related to payments carried out

between the client and the service provider directly and you can’t

consider the app as a mediator or a guarantor for these transactions.

Additionally, parties will take legal responsibility for the transaction, the

payment process, and the responsibility for refunds in cases where this is

legally permitted.

  1. Does the app award damages if the app crashed?

There is no control over things beyond our limited control.

36.Which countries are covered by the app services?

The app services are available in Saudi Arabia, so we aren’t obligated to

provide any orders in another country but you can go to the platform

from anywhere in the world.

37.Will the app expand its activity and work in other countries?

Yes, the app is available in any country in the world and the dealing with

countries will be in their local currency, dollar, or euro except in Saudi
