Taam app is an electronic service platform specializing in the contracting\u00a0and maintenance field and it is an intermediate platform between the<\/span>\u00a0service providers and the clients. The app targets service providers,<\/span>technical and professional personnel, and corporations and organizations\u00a0<\/span>which have specialized technicians and professionals working in\u00a0<\/span>accordance with Saudi Labor Systems also it allows them to participate in\u00a0<\/span>the app and provision contracting and maintenance\u00a0 services. In addition,\u00a0<\/span>it targets clients who want to benefit from these services, enables them\u00a0<\/span>to contact the service providers registered to the app to get benefits\u00a0<\/span>from their services, and provides all app services in accordance with the\u00a0<\/span>applicable kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/p>

2.What is the role of the Taam app in providing services? <\/b><\/p>

The app allows service providers to register and present their services\u00a0and also enables to clients buy the service providers’ services, but our\u00a0<\/span>role is limited to connecting service providers to clients.<\/span><\/p>

3.Are the app services free for clients? <\/b><\/p>

The app services are provided for free to clients. The app does not charge\u00a0any fees or bonuses to clients for the benefit of app services.<\/span><\/p>

4.What is the app rate for each work performed by the service <\/b><\/p>

provider? <\/b><\/p>

The net rate is 15% and any service provider has to meet 15%. The state’s\u00a0tax is included in the rental costs from the client.<\/span><\/p>

5.Is the commission rate policy on the service provider subject to<\/b><\/p>

change? <\/b><\/p>

The owner of the app is allowed to change the rate policy in the future by\u00a05% from the current “15%” -in case it is necessary for the future-<\/span><\/p>

6.What are the approved payment methods in the app? <\/b><\/p>

The app depends on “online payment” to pay contributions.<\/p>

7.What are the dates of receiving the rights of the providers <\/b><\/p>

implemented in the app? <\/b><\/p>

Payment of the rights of property rights providers for their<\/p>

            contractors, or other unregistered workers) service providers or assigned<\/p>

            them to irregular service providers. Whoever commits these offenses, the<\/p>

            clients, and who is assigned the tasks to them, will assume full legal<\/p>

            responsibility before the security, judicial, investigating authorities and,<\/p>

            all the results of violation of applicable regulations without any legal<\/p>

            responsibilities on the app and its owner.<\/p>

            1. What are the obligations of the service provider to provide <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              the service legally? <\/b><\/p>

              The service provider ensures that he will do his described work in the app<\/p>

              according to the applicable regulation in Saudi Arabia, and approves the<\/p>

              mining of all the authorizations, residence, work permit, and any other<\/p>

              required documents for the facilities as the commercial register, fulfills all<\/p>

              the legal obligations for his workers and employers, and approves the<\/p>

              validity and accuracy of any data or documents provided by the app. If<\/p>

              the service provider is an individual, his participation in the Taam app has<\/p>

              to have corresponded with the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia and<\/p>

              he has a work permit and a valid residence also his technical specialty has<\/p>

              to be certified with the work permit or the residence. The services which<\/p>

              the service provider provides have to be licensed by competent<\/p>

              authorities and these licenses have to be valid and renewed on the<\/p>

              timeline. The service provider has to pay all duties and the imposed<\/p>

              government taxes in addition, the app will not take the legal<\/p>

              responsibility in case of infringement of those provisions.<\/p>

              1. How do the client and the service provider agree?<\/b>The client communicates directly with the service provider and agrees<\/li><\/ol>

                with him about the required services to be carried out and their prices<\/p>

                and payment methods whether the payment is cash or electronic<\/p>

                according to the agreed upon by the parties.<\/p>

                1. How is the service price determined? <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                  The service price is determined by agreeing upon by the parties “the<\/p>

                  service provider and the client” the client is committed to paying the<\/p>

                  service amount in the agreed way while the service provider is committed<\/p>

                  not to claiming excessive amounts of agreed ones whether the<\/p>

                  agreement in the app or outside it. The app and its owner don’t take any<\/p>

                  legal responsibility for the service provider’s material rights for the<\/p>

                  service because the app is only a broker between the parties without any<\/p>

                  guarantees of the financial transactions. The service provider and the<\/p>

                  client have the right to restore to the competent security and judicial<\/p>

                  authorities in case any party breaches the financial and legal<\/p>

                  obligations.<\/p>

                  1. How is the implementation service date or the preview <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                    determined? <\/b><\/p>

                    By agreement between the parties<\/p>

                    1. If the client wants to reveal the implementation place, are the <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                      trip costs added to the service amount? <\/b><\/p>

                      If the client requests from the service provider to disclose the<\/p>

                      implementation place before the price agreement, the trip costs will not<\/p>

                      be on the client. In this case, the service provider will afford the costs and he has to be ready to implement the disclosure in his car or his<\/p>

                      company’s car for free and the client will not be obligated in any way.<\/p>

                      1. Is the service provider committed to issuing the invoice for <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                        the client? <\/b><\/p>

                        It depends on the imposed system by the commerce department, the<\/p>

                        charity, and the income.<\/p>

                        1. Is the client has the right to object to the invoice? <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                          The client and the service provider have to solve the problem between<\/p>

                          them. The app can’t interfere between the parties because it’s just a<\/p>

                          broker between the parties to perform the work.<\/p>

                          1. How is the service request canceled after the agreement with <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                            the service provider? <\/b><\/p>

                            The cancellation is with the agreement by the parties before starting the<\/p>

                            work. If part of the work has been completed by the service provider then<\/p>

                            the client canceled the agreement, they have to agree on a specific<\/p>

                            amount. The app can’t interfere in their problems either an amicable<\/p>

                            resolution and who has the right can go to the security and judicial<\/p>

                            authority and the app is free of responsibility.<\/p>

                            1. Are the app services available to the brokers? <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                              The service provider commits to provide the services which he advertises<\/p>

                              through the app and he approves that he isn’t a service broker also he<\/p>

                              will take the full responsibility “technically and legally” for anyone<\/p>

                              engaged to provide the services. 24. Is the client committed to verifying the service provider’s <\/b><\/p>

                              identity? <\/b><\/p>

                              The client has to verify the service provider’s picture and valid residence<\/p>

                              according to the applicable regulations and he takes the responsibility of<\/p>

                              dealing with the service provider including all obligations and offenses<\/p>

                              resulting from any breaching of applicable regulations without any legal<\/p>

                              responsibility to the app. The app doesn’t provide any guarantees on the<\/p>

                              service provider, his provided data, valid residence, work permit, or the<\/p>

                              one who pretends to be.<\/p>

                              1. Does the app follow up on the implementation in the <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                workplace? <\/b><\/p>

                                The client is responsible. He confirms from the client and his picture so<\/p>

                                the service provider doesn’t assign the work from the subcontractor to<\/p>

                                another technical. The app is free of responsibility only if it was reported<\/p>

                                for something of that, the service provider will be warned the first time<\/p>

                                then he will be prevented from engaging in the app “in case it is<\/p>

                                26.Who buys materials and the required spare parts? <\/b><\/p>

                                By understanding between the client and the service provider outside the<\/p>

                                27.What is Taam’s role in providing services? <\/b><\/p>

                                Taam app is an electronic mediator platform and it only allows<\/p>

                                communication between users. We don’t have any supervisory or<\/p>

                                regulatory authorities on users and we aren’t representatives or agents. In addition, the labor code provisions, agency, sponsorship, or other legal<\/p>

                                provisions concerning legal liability for the acts of the attendants or<\/p>

                                others don’t apply to us. You expressly agreed on our line of work and our<\/p>

                                role and you are dealing per the app in this view.<\/p>

                                1. Is the app responsible for the implemented services? <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                  The app isn’t responsible for any provided business. All services are<\/p>

                                  provided on the service provider’s responsibility and he will take the full<\/p>

                                  legal responsibility in case the service didn’t implement to the client, lack<\/p>

                                  of services, lack of implementation, or any damage to the client’s objects<\/p>

                                  or places. Moreover, the app and its owner don’t take any legal<\/p>

                                  responsibility for crimes, robberies, and damages whether the client or<\/p>

                                  the service provider. The app is only an electronic mediator so the injured<\/p>

                                  person has the right to resort to the competent authorities and justice to<\/p>

                                  claim all his legal rights.<\/p>

                                  1. What are the legal relationship limits between the client and <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                    the service provider? <\/b><\/p>

                                    The legal relationship limits between the client and the service provider<\/p>

                                    are in the service providing limits and the parties have to respect each<\/p>

                                    other in dealing. If any party makes a mistake ” verbal, indignity,<\/p>

                                    altercation, or infringement by beating or wounding, etc”, all other<\/p>

                                    parties have the right to resort to the competent security and judicial<\/p>

                                    authorities without any responsibility of the app and its owner.<\/p>

                                    1. Does the app provide guarantees on the concerning <\/b>agreements between the client and the service provider? <\/b><\/li>
                                    2. The app is free of the responsibility completely on the agreements<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                      carried out between the parties inside and outside the platform, on<\/p>

                                      service implementation and all payments, and the lack of commitment by<\/p>

                                      every party according to the concerning agreements.<\/p>

                                      1. What will happen if the client or the service provider <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                        breaches the concerning agreement? <\/b><\/p>

                                        Each one of them has to litigate and complain to the security authority<\/p>

                                        and the courts. The app is free of responsibility and his role is only to<\/p>

                                        mediate between the parties to complete technical work.<\/p>

                                        1. Can the service provider add the services to his business <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                          exposition? <\/b><\/p>

                                          The service provider committed not to take photos of the client’s stuff,<\/p>

                                          add them to his business exposition, publish them, or publish any<\/p>

                                          documents about the client. Also, the service provider must not post any<\/p>

                                          implemented work or service with the app clients or any photos or<\/p>

                                          documents about it in any advertising to him “physically or electronically”<\/p>

                                          whether in financial methods or electronic ones such as Facebook,<\/p>

                                          Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, by other social media, via any websites<\/p>

                                          and webpages or in any post, etc\u2026 except with the client’s written<\/p>

                                          consent not the oral. The app and its owner don’t take any legal<\/p>

                                          responsibility if the service provider breaches the rules and the client has<\/p>

                                          the right to resort to the competent authorities to claim his legal<\/p>

                                          rights.<\/p>

                                          1. Who is responsible for providing security and safety <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                            precautions? <\/b>The service provider is committed to taking security and safety<\/p>

                                            precautions during implementing the services and he has the right to take<\/p>

                                            care of himself at work or in places that don’t have security and safety<\/p>

                                            tools. The app and its owner don’t take any legal responsibility if the<\/p>

                                            service provider or the client exposure to risks or harm.<\/p>

                                            1. Is the app provides guarantees related to financial <\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                              transactions? <\/b><\/p>

                                              The app doesn’t provide any guarantees related to payments carried out<\/p>

                                              between the client and the service provider directly and you can’t<\/p>

                                              consider the app as a mediator or a guarantor for these transactions.<\/p>

                                              Additionally, parties will take legal responsibility for the transaction, the<\/p>

                                              payment process, and the responsibility for refunds in cases where this is<\/p>

                                              legally permitted.<\/p>

                                              1. Does the app award damages if the app crashed?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                                There is no control over things beyond our limited control.<\/p>

                                                The app services are available in Saudi Arabia, so we aren’t obligated to<\/p>
